Henric Berntsson, co-owner and coordinator, is responsible for ensuring that
construction, machinery and maintenance work for properties run smoothly,
among other things. He is Ytterbygg´s fixer who simplifies the work process
for craftsmen, facilitates logistics and solves problems.

As part of the company branding, there was a need to wrap the vehicle fleet.
The business includes vans, cars, wheel loaders, excavators and advertising
trailers.

Tenants’ wishes for clear entrance signs were met with a construction consisting
of a frame according to tenant’s branding profile colours, as well as an illuminated
logo. A construction that can now be found on several of Ytterbygg’s properties.

we could get support with both layouts, choice of materials, design and wrapping.
The fact that they are also one of our tenants and local makes it extra
beneficial, says Henric.
