Survey and inspection of signage

Normally a corporate signage solution should merge great design and on-brand visuals with formal safety and environmental legislation. Therefore, when performing a survey of an office or production facility we divide the property into offices areas, production areas and exterior areas. These areas have differing formal requirements and design considerations. To map up what signs are needed, and the location of every sign, we use our unique manual. The manual refers to the applicable regulations for all systems and describes the philosophy for every system. It also provides solutions when combinations of different systems are available to further strengthen the purpose of the signage system. Upon completion, our client is provided with an overview report to enable decision making.

We always start the work by identifying possible placements, take measurements and setting design parameters. Project management

We know how important planning is to keep a project on time and within budget frames. Therefore, our project managers start your project by identifying the different stakeholders in the project and the overall purpose of the project. If certain regulations govern have implications for the project, these are weighed in as well. As part of the project you will receive a digital plan describing costs, deadlines, deliverables, responsibilities and a deadline for completion of the project.

Technical signs

Technical signs is a vital part of enforcing your corporate identity. A technical signage system also plays a vital part in creating a safe and secure work place. Our family of technical sign products, range from the small and simple to large and information heavy signs and displays. All our technical signs follow the easy to use Lexidor system that enables easy understanding of what marking to use for specific applications. Furthermore, each sign is ID-marked and plotted in the overview board that is delivered as a part of each project.

Engraving

Engraved signs add a solid, timeless element to a building or office. We use laser or mechanical engraving. Using our CO2-laser, we engrave signs up to an area of 1220x610mm.

Different materials are more or less suitable for different environments. We will guide you to find the best solution given your budget frames and design requirements.

LLL - Low Location Lighting

At Lexidor, we have a long history of planning, producing, mounting and verifying a large number of successful complete evacuation systems for buildings, offices and commercial areas. Our complete evacuation systems are in accordance to the international standard, beginning at individual rooms via the description on the escape plan to the last exit door.

Product qualities

All our products offer high level afterglow qualities and contrast. For every LLL-solution we deliver, our clients with also receive a full stack of documentation. The documentation includes a clear description of the complete system, product sheets and references to applicable rules, regulations, laws and standards.

Seamless integration

Our 25mm system integrates seamlessly with your building’s interior design, is extremely durable, easy to mount and cost efficient. Both products and production is MED B and Med D certified by Lloyd’s Register.

The invention of new materials has increased the possibilities for using decorative foil. Today, we offer solutions for renovating a door, elevator or other interior surface. We also offer digitally printed foils, using custom design. Glass is an important element of a building’s architecture, such as offices, showrooms and department stores. Full color 3D-printing

Many of our clients use 3D-models for prototyping, testing or visualization purposes. Our ProJet® 860Pro is a professional 3D-printer that gives you the power of color, structure and form during a presentation, exhibition or project meeting. Production using the ProJet® 860Pro is also one of the fastest available, cutting your lead times substantially.

CAD drawings and services

A CAD drawing is great help when visualizing a signage project or system. It can easily be shared among different stakeholders, such as designers, engineers and administrative staff, in a group or project team. We can provide CAD drawings in both digital and physical format and deliver them in a format that is secure and suitable for archiving purposes according to your classification system. Furthermore, we always transfer the right of ownership to our clients.
