Client case: Ytterbygg
Ytterbygg AB is a family-owned construction and real estate company that builds and rents out customized premises to small and large companies in Swedish West Coast area. They have over 50 years in the industry and a property portfolio of over 170,000 square meters that stretches from Älvängen in the north to Mölndal in the south.

In this project, Lexidor provided vehicle décor that consisted of full wrapping of their vehicle fleet, such as branding of vans, wheel loaders and cars, among other things. Another part that was also included is illuminated company entrances to some of Ytterbygg's tenants.

Branding everywhere you go

Henric Berntsson, co-owner and coordinator, is responsible for ensuring that
construction, machinery and maintenance work for properties run smoothly,
among other things. He is Ytterbygg´s fixer who simplifies the work process
for craftsmen, facilitates logistics and solves problems.

As part of the company branding, there was a need to wrap the vehicle fleet.
The business includes vans, cars, wheel loaders, excavators and advertising
trailers.

Tenants’ wishes for clear entrance signs were met with a construction consisting
of a frame according to tenant’s branding profile colours, as well as an illuminated
logo. A construction that can now be found on several of Ytterbygg’s properties.

– The extensive knowledge that Lexidor possess made it an easy choice, as
we could get support with both layouts, choice of materials, design and wrapping.
The fact that they are also one of our tenants and local makes it extra
beneficial, says Henric.

Customized wrapping no matter the weather

The work with vehicle décor is a recurring project as new vehicles are gradually added to
the business or existing ones need a new look. An advantage in the process is that wrapping has been able to take place on site as well as in Lexidor’s premises. This has had very little impact on Ytterbygg’s work as vehicles can quickly be put back into use after wrapping.

The development of entrance signs has given Ytterbygg’s properties a stylish and unified look. Good communication, close cooperation and local production enabled an efficient work.
